The Rain in Spain...

The rain in Spain falls mainly on the plains - well this year it's rarely on the plains even - NPR says Spain, or at least parts of it are experiencing their worst drought in 60 years - the area around Barcelona was pointed out. Water reservoirs are at all-time lows (expect lower than usual shower pressure!) and an order had been made to close off public fountains.

As morley Seinfeld said when he heard his apartment complex was installing 'low-flow showers' - "Low-flow, i don't like the sound of that!"

Water supply was already short due to increased demands from agriculture and tourism. No doubt everything will now be blamed on the drought.
