I have seen nearly all of these hotels mentioned on this board numerous times, and don't recall any being described as "unacceptable." Do a search by hotel name to bring up (theoretically) any and every post which contains that name.

I've stayed at the Thistle Kensington Gardens and it was fine. Our room for 2 was spacious with two full beds, a small round table and chairs, a fridge, large windows, and plenty of floor space to exercise. It was very clean and the staff was accommodating. The breakfast was of typical quality for a tourist or business hotel.

I have stayed at the Sheraton Park Lane- very nice- you cannot go wrong with this hotel---<BR><BR>But it is your typical AMERICAN hotel in Europe--Not one with an English flavor....
