The only one I know is :
ñ
which is ALT 0241

I used to have one in my married last name...

By the way, you can duplicate any Alt+nnnn sequence (which is not universally supported) with the following HTML standard (which is):

Type an ampersand
a pound sign
the "alt" number
a semicolon

Such as this:

<b>&amp;#241;</b> = ñ
