I might have been the glucosamine recommender--I was pushing it for awhile and I know it takes months to notice a difference. I am on a new kick now--omega3 fish oil for arthritis in my fingers. It also takes a while to work but if I miss 4 days the pain and swelling returns. It is definitely worth the effort to remember to take it! I loved reading your trip report--we have just returned from 3 weeks in Paris. I might have emailed you while you were gone to ask the location of something we had discussed. Your trip sounds great.
