The Chimney or Le Chemiere (sp?) outside of Nice

Some friends told us about a restaurant close to Nice that was the best dining experience they have ever had. I am trying to locate the restaurant, if anyone can help me. They said it was called something like Le Chemiere (The Chimney) in English. OK, before everybody shoots me for my lack of French, I do not know what the correct translation spelling is, I am guessing. My french gets better with wine!!!!!

This restaurant in Nice Le Chaumiere, cook the food on an open fire. It's on the Grand Corniche.
Could this be it? Chaumiere is a thatched roof.

If all else fails, you can always go to Philadelphia and eat at Deux Cheminees. It is quite excellent
