Anyone know if and when there will be a new AMAZING RACE #5? Loved that show!

I love that show, too!!! Yes, I believe application deadline for 5th season was sometime in January...or was it October... anyway, I did a google search just the other day and found it is in the works! :-)

I would like to know when Amazing Race 5 will be aired - the current batch of reality shows, even the latest, The Apprentice, can't hold a flame to the AR.

Better be soon, AR fans are waiting for a real "adventure challenge" program.

We're actually leaving San Diego in a few weeks and moving out to Tulsa. Shorter flight time to Europe. ;)

Things are looking up. The first day of spring on Saturday and a new Amazing Race in the summer. We were devoted fans as soon as we discovered the show. Missed the first and part of the second, but always tuned in after that.

I've always been afan too. I've been searching the web for info. on AR5 but haven't been able to find much. However, very much looking forward to it whenever it happens. Hope that they can make it more exciting by leaving the contestants more to their own devices to get around from place to place though I can see why that would make it more costly as well as harder to manage. I'd also like to see random eliminations (last pair in gets to pick an envelope which may or may not contain an elimination) That way you'll never know if the round is an elimination one or not. Oh well, wishful thinking.
