It will have to be a summary given it went on for 3 months and covered many countries and most continents. Now one thing I can say is that I can help you with your trip to NSW and will post there. I hope you like wine because Orange has a few good ones. Also I think you should take a look at Mudgee as a great country town in a beautiful valley.
