Termini Roma

I am looking for any tips for finding my way around the Termini station in Rome. I will be arriving on the Leonardo Express from FCO and will need to find my Eurostar train to Florence. The place looks massive so I would appreciate any advice anyone has. Thank you! Ciao!

Carmelk, do not crack your head. Termini is a user friendly station. When you get off the Leonardo Express, just follow the other people in the direction of the Exit, platforms etc. You can only walk in one direction - and it is quite a distance. You will then see screens with departing trains - clearly posted with the train number, time and destination + the platform (Binario) number. The platforms are clearly marked - you cannot miss them.

I am sure the experts will soon post very detailed information.

Termini is no different than any other train station. Walk from your train, down the platform, into the main section of the station and look for the departure boards (similar to what you see in airports). The trains are listed by departure time and destination. Locate your train on the board and read across to the platform number (bin or binario in Italian). Often departures and platforms are not listed until shortly before departure. If you have time you can walk around the station or outside and get something to eat or drink in a cafe (exit by the side door on the left). Once you get there you'll wonder why you worried.

Click on station services and then select various services. It will show where they are on the station maps.

Thank you so much! I know I am worrying for nothing and all your reassurances confirm that!
