Has anyone been to terezin?..Is it worth the trip from Prague? How long does it take to get there?

I have been to Terezin. I remember it to be about a 45 minute - 1 hour ride from Prague. We had an outstanding guide which helped. I did not want to go at first, but it was one of the highlights of the trip. It is a must see. Tkae one of Sylvie Wittman's guides as they are excellent.

Definitely worthwhile. Very sobering but you will remember it forever. We used Precious Legacy Tours and the guide was excellent. I believe that Wittman Tours is what the other Poster was referring to. Simply "Google" each name and you will come up with contact info, etc.

What an experience! A must see. I purchased the transportation tour from a sightseeing vendor. The guide assigned was wonderful.
