Taxis in Monopoli and Ostuni Area
 

Will be spending a day in Monopoli, Italy and arriving by train. Do you know if there are taxis available from the station to the historic center area? Same question for Ostuni and Locorotondo. Many thanks.

I don't know abour taxi's in Ostuni...but I do know we had a great meal at Al Chiostro. We gave the chef/owner 40 euros and told him to feed us well. And that he did! Delicious. Not fancy..but very nice and clean.
We did rent a car...it was easy driving...

Thanks for the suggestion. If anyone else has any comments on availability of taxis in any of these towns -- or other good suggestions -- please let me know.
