Taxis at Galeries Lafayette Haussmann
We’ve been here many times but always walking or by Metro. This time we definitely need a taxi after shopping. Someone said that there are always taxis right outside the door.....which door? Closest taxi stands I see are over at Opera Garnier.....anything closer? |
There is no taxi station right in front, which means that you are fully authorized to hail any taxi with a green light on Boulevard Haussmann.

I thought there was a taxi stand at the SE corner, the corner of rue de la Chausee d'Anton and bd Haussmann. It's across the street in front of Sephora right next the the metro stairs.

Kerouac.....we’ll try & hail but haven’t had much luck with that in the past. Then we’ll walk over to Cristina’s suggestion. Christina..... I looked at the google street visual and I know exactly where you directed. Too much stuff in the way to see a taxi sign but we’ve walked that way before. Thanks for being my eyes on the ground. |
