Taxi....St Jean Pied de Port to Bayonne

Yes, the TER runs from SJPP but not at convenient times for me to catch the desired train to Paris. I am not comfortable with a 6 minute transfer between TER and TGV in an unknown station. I will be traveling on 22 July to Paris.

My question is it reasonable to think I could make arrangements for a taxi to Bayonne from SJPP? Has anyone done this? TheTER fare is just under 9 Euro, so I figured it might cost me 25 Euro - to pay for a taxi round trip. Does this sound reasonable?

Thoughts? Ideas?

Thanks, Julie

The Bourricot Express taxi service takes passengers (usually pilgrims) from SJPP to Pamplona (distance of 75 km.) and charges 90 euros for this ride.

I don't know how much the service to Bayonne would cost (53 km.), but you can read about their service here:
