Taxi or Prearranged Driver
 

My family (two adults, toddler and 8 month old) will be dropping a rental car off at the Hertz near Fiumicino. We are then staying in Rome for 3 nights. Since we will have children, we will also have car seats. Is it better to prearrange a pickup with our hotel which would require a stricter schedule or get a taxi? Are taxis easy to come by at the car rental areas? Will a taxi have a problem with us strapping in car seats?
