The Journey Planner at www.ratp.fr says that it will take 9 minutes on the RER D or 22 minutes on bus #65. I imagine a taxi will do the route in 15-20 minutes.

If you are getting off the Eurostar or any other long distance train you have to allow time for the taxi queue, well organised but a minimum of 10 minutes. If you need to buy tickets for the metro, the queues in Gare du Nord Metro are long for the same reason, lots of out of towners arriving at same time. Last but not least, how much luggage will you have, if little public transport probably quicker if you don't take long to buy a ticket. Saturday about 11 am a nightmare, I had no luggage so walked to the next metro station to buy my carnet for a short visit.
