Taxi or bus from Napoli Centrale to Molo Beverello
Hi,
After a few nights in Rome, I'll go to Capri. I'm planning to take the 8:27am train from Roma Termini arriving at Napoli Centrale at 10:36am. Then, I don't know whether to take a bus or a taxi to Molo Beverello so that I can take the 11.10am or 11.55am to Capri.
How would you do it? How have you done it?

Hi Castel - I've done it many times - always by bus (No.3S) or tram (No.1)
From the station exit, walk across the piazza (- Piazza Garibaldi) towards the Garibaldi monument/ Hotel Palace.
(You can buy tickets at the kiosk in the middle of the piazza).
The BUS 3S stops at the traffic lights near the Garibaldi monument (- 20m from the Hotel Palace).
The TRAM (No.1) stop is nearby.
N.B. Make sure you validate your ticket on boarding.
Personally I wouldn't risk a taxi - but if you do, make sure you fix a price before boarding to avoid unpleasant surprises.
