Taxi from Rome Termini to Vatican Museum
 

Can anyone tell me the approx. cost of a taxi from Rome Termini to Vatican Museum? Is there a better way to get there? We will be arriving in Rome early morning on June 2. I have been told that this is some kind of holiday and there will be a large military parade somewhere in the area. We will be on a fairly tight time schedule and would like to be at the museum when it opens. Any info. will be greatly appreciated.

Take a subway. There is a walk from subway to Vatican, but you do miss the traffic. You also miss the line for taxis at the train station, which is some time very long.
