Paris - VRBO #81771 - Arrd. #6 - Rue Seguier
Does anyone know about this Studio in the 6th district located in a good area and well priced? Last review was in Sept. 2011 and earlier. But no recent reviews which seems odd for a good location.
Interested to know if anything has changed negatively or if anyone has comments about it.
In doing my "due diligence", I emailed the office of VRBO, but all they could tell me is the name of the owner.
I would also appreciate other recommendations for a nice apt, in the 6th or 7th. I have tried all the "usual" suspects: Paris Perfect,, etc. etc. and they are all booked 10 - 17 Oct. Our budget is up to $1000 - $1200/week.
Any help is appreciated.

So everyone doesn't have to do the two step . . . here is the link http://www.vrbo.com/81771
The dates of the reviews wouldn't be an issue for me. They cover a very long time and looking at the calendar, it appears he only rents it out certain months of the year.

I think the apartment is good for the price. Two things that "might" bother me are the bed next to the wall on one side, and that it has one window. But for the price and size, I think it's a good value and since most others seem to be booked, I'd give it a thumbs up.

The dates of reviews wouldn't bother me either; I check from time to time at vrbo places where I have stayed, and there are big gaps. I think some people just don't want to be bothered writing unless there is a big issue. And I found when I was writing one for a recent stay in Uzes, that everyone had said such glowing things about the place, it was hard to think of anything new to add.
BTW, your appt. looks great to me.
