Which month would normally have the better weather to view the Jungfrau and Berner Oberland mountains--May or June?

June.

May is called "Mud Month" by some residents because of the melting snows & rains. In June, you'll have more chance of seeing some flowers.

Impossible to predict. You have to take the risk. Better not plan your itinerary too tight, no one can guarantee you nice weather on one particular day. This applies to any time of the year.
