Switzerland or Prague weekend
 

I am planning a weekend trip (3 days) with the family but can't make up my mind, switzerland or prague. We have a 5 and 3 yr old. Any ideas where to go in any of these 2 countries. We don't want to move around too much since the kids will tire out quickly. Any ideas are appreciated. We are thinking of late June early July to travel.

Not considering your particular case with 2 kids, I find Prague generally good for weekend visits, shops and sites are basically all open on Sunday (vs Western Europe including Switzerland). If your kids get tired of crowds at tourist sites, you can take them to parks in the city center, such as Kampa Park at the foot of Charles Bridge.

I do weekend hiking in Switerland as long as weather is fine but don’t know that’s the sort of thing you would consider for a weekend trip. As Dukey said it depends on your interests I think.
