I will be flying Swissair (economy) soon form the U.S. to Europe and within Europe. Any comments and what to expect would be helpful.

I too fly swissair regularly from Chicago. And I second Richard's comments. While the planes are no more or less cramped than others, the service and attention to detail is exceptional. They even have swiss wines and the red one isn't half bad!

We also found Swissair to be a very pleasant experience. Friendly and professional service. And, the food was surprisingly good.

Any airline that gives you chocolate instead of those dumb Goldfish or peanuts is run by superior humans.
