Swimming pool Bayeux and Paris (latin quarter)?

This may be a silly question, but can anyone give me some feedback on swimming pools in Bayeux? We've been told there is one a ten minute walk from Lion D'Or. Also - anyone ever gone swimming for exercise in Paris? We're staying in the Latin Quarter and have heard that there a several pools that open early morning for workouts. Thanks

no, I haven't as walking miles a day is workout enough for me.

However, I do know there is a public indoor pool on rue Pontoise near the Seine in the 5th which does open early (and stays open quite late). Here is the web site:

Many, many years later I had the same question, and came across this post through google, and then found the answer. At least with regard to Bayeux. So for all the googlers out there who come by this post, here is the link to the Bayeux Municipal Pool (it looks amazing!)

In the Latin Quarter I think there is a health club with pool on Rue Ortolan or Rue Monge-just off Mouffetard. Have not used it myself but walked past the place. Metro: Monge.

Not far from Latin Quarter by Eifel Tower is a swimming experience extravaganza - very very popular with Parisians of all ages.
