Sunday dinner (for one) in Paris...
I have a (mostly) free day in Paris tomorrow (Sunday) before business meetings on Monday and Tuesday. Any good suggestions for a moderately priced Sunday dinner? Although I'm staying in the 9th, I'm open to suggestions Right or Left Bank. Is Le Florimond open Sunday? I haven't been there before but several Fodorites have recommended it. Anybody know the exact address--I know it's near rue Cler. Not interested in doing La Fontaine de Mars. No place too expensive but it doesn't have to be a budget place either. Thanks.

We haven't been here yet, but on Patricks recommendation, we have a reservation for Wednesday night. They are open Sundays and are in the 6th
Le Temps Perdu 54, Rue de Seine http://www.le-temps-perdu.com/homepage.htm |
I second the Le Temp Perdu. Had dinner there on a Sunday a few weeks ago. It's close to the Mabillon and St. Germaine des Pres subway stations.

Le Florimond is closed on Sunday

Florimond is closed Sunday. Was going to suggest Fontaine.

Well, I made a reservation online at Le Temps Perdu (you're offered a kir royale for booking online). Thanks for the suggestion; my other possibilities were Restaurant La Gare (in the 16th), Brasserie Flo or Lo Sushi.

Oh good...post your report ..we don't leave until Monday! Patrick said it was one of his favorites.

I won't get back until Wednesday, so I'll post it then (unless I have time to get to an Internet cafe Sunday after dinner). We then leave Thursday morning for three days in Baden Baden.

I'm back in the hotel after having had dinner at Le Temps Perdu. I'm posting my review and a brief trip report (in progress) in a separate message.
