Sunday bus San Gimignano to Siena?

Ira's post seems to be missing the site information. It may be the sita bus that serves Siena and San G. I think it is www.sita-online but you can probably find it on a google search.

I've already tied that site. The bus links either don't work or lead to sites that say nothing about San Gimignano.
The only bus information that I've found is on
http://www.turismoverde.com/italia/trasport/bus.htm
It suggests that there are no busses on Sundays. But it is a bit unclear. It seems to include Saturaday as a weekday and it is unclear whether Sunday is considered a "Festiv/Public Holiday."

See: www.trainspa.it
It appears that there is a Sunday morning bus leaving Siena at 11:40 and arriving in San Gimignano at 12:50, with a possible connection in Poggibonsi. I would confirm locally.

I don't know where you got the information. www.trainspa.it
takes you to busweb.it. When I try a search on for San Gimignano, it doesn't find anything.

The Sunday service requires a bus change in Poggibonsi. You take a Siena to Florence bus (Line 131), connect in Poggibonsi to the local run to San Gimignano (Line 130). There appears to be a good connection with the 11:40 bus out of Siena (going to Florence). There may be other (earlier) possibilities, though requiring a longer connection time in Poggibonsi.

You might also consider taking a Sunday morning train to Poggibonsi and connecting at the station there to the local bus to San Gimignano. This would give you more connection possibilities.
