If you are stayig anywhere near south Kensington , Lundum's on Old brompton Rd has a nice Sunday brunch. Very small pretty restaurant in the old SK library buiding. I do think you need reservations though

All of the above are good recommendations. But on Sunday, many restaurants are ONLY open for what is called Sunday Lunch. On Sundays, the main meal is Lunch so you can go just about anywhere that is open on Sunday and get a fine meal. (If you are particularly looking for the breakfast/lunch combo-type meal that is called Brunch in the States - then Lundums is wonderful.)
