Summer trip to Paris/Normandy/Brittney/UK

Hi,

We will be taking a two week trip to Europe this summer. The only thing I know for sure is that we are flying into Paris and out of London (and staying for two weeks). As we have been to both Paris and London several times, I looking to stay no longer than two days in each city. I'm looking for an itinerary for the rest of the trip. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Are you renting a car or relying on public transpot? What sort of things are you interested in?

You have about ten days outside of Paris and London. Do you want to spend all of that time in France? By the way if you are googling, it is "Brittany".

Give us a little more info about your trip and we can better help you.

It sounds like a good trip, by the way.

I wonder why go to London to spend two days and leave. It's a lot of money to spend to get there. But....
So you have 10 days on the French coast. It would be most beneficial to have a car, I'd think.

end your French sojourn in Normandy and you can hop a few-hour catamaran ride to England's south coast with trains to London - much cheaper and quicker than going back via Paris and Eurostar trains if you have already done Paris.

Afaik there are no cats operating across the Channel nowadays. Plenty of normal ferries, but cats, like hovercraft are a thing of the past - just too expensive to run in a cut throat environment.

A car would be beneficial for the areas of France you want to visit. Arrange to drop it off at a channel port and get a ferry to Dover and train from there to London.
