So, let me see if I've got this right. I greet people with Grüß Gott and say "ciao" when I leave.
How about a new question: Tipping...who and how much?

You use ciao in informal situtions when you leave or servus. Servus can be use too for "coming or going". With ciao your on the "safe side" it's always goodbye. :-).

I tip 10% but the higher the bill, the smaller the percentage for the tip.
They won't rip you head off, if you don't tip, but... (Well, just don't go back there :D )

Can you tell me about buying a phone card in Kitzbuhel and how (and where) it is used to dial the US?

How about computer access for email, and internet explorer access? Are there internet cafes available? If so,what are they called and how do they work?
