Suggestions for Valencia 3 day Road Trip
 

We are in the last stage of planning our 21 day trip to Spain in November where we have been several times before. This time the plan is Madrid 2 nights, Salamanca 3 nights, Segovia 3 nights, Valencia 7 nights and return to Madrid for flight home. All hotels are booked and trains in the process. I am now stuck with logistics for a 3 night road trip from Valencia to Teruel, Albarracin, and Cuenca areas with a return to Valencia.
i would very much appreciate help in planning the best place for lodging in order to see that area in three days. We would like hiking the Camino Natural del Rio Guadalaviar if weather permits and maybe a walk through La Ciudad Encantada.
It seems like choices in lodging are limited. There are still openings at the Cuenca parador but wondering if that is the best area logistically.

In Cuenca we stayed at the Hotel Convento del Giraldo.
The room with the balcony has the best view.

In Teruel we stayed for two nights at the Parador.
It is a good location to explore Albarracin and area
