Suggestions for Special Dinner in Monte Carlo?
 

Hi. My fiancee and I are getting married aboard a Windstar cruise from Nice to Rome at the end of September, 2004. We decided to have the ceremony at sunset while we are at port in Monte Carlo because of the locale and the fact that the ship stays there until midnight as opposed to 5 pm. for other ports. It will be just the two of us and we want to go into Monte Carlo after the ceremony for a special wedding dinner. Any suggestions? We want to go somewhere romantic but fun. Maybe dinner and dancing? We will be in our wedding attire (tux and formal wedding gown). Price is no object. Thanks.

Head right to Alian Ducasse's 3* Le Lois XV, in the Hôtel de Paris.

I don't think that they do dancing, though.

I agree, Louis XV, at the Hotel de Paris, but be forewarned, as it's tres expensive. I would check prices and if agreeable, be sure to make reservations ahead of time - and do mention that it is your "wedding dinner."
