suggestions for b&b or hotel set on tuscan winery or olive grove?

we are finalizing plans to italy and would like to spend 2 nights in tuscany area. Looking for a charming place perhaps set on a working winery or olive grove? Have looked extensively at properties and now feel more at a loss than ever.Great info. on this site, yet hard to find all the pieces to the puzzle? it seems that the agritourismos want a week's stay, (or dont have air conditioning, traveling in june demands air)and we only have 2 days. any suggestions? We are splurging at locanda dell amorosa for two night, but cant do that for all 4! thanks!

Dora, Good suggestion above. Also look at Casanova Pescille just south of San Gim.---a rural B&B for about $90.

Simple, nothing fancy & sits amidst groves (grapes? olives? --- I'm a city gal. All I know is there were fields with stuff growing!) Quite a challenge to find as it's down a dirt road. I was there in early May, so A/C was not an issue.
Take a look at Fattoria Pagnana at www.fattoria-pagnana.com This is a working farm with grapes for Chianti and a white, extra virgin olive oil and cereals. Lots of woodland with wild animals, birds etc
A/C is NOT required in proper/original Tuscan farm buidings such as those found here which have walls about 2 feet or more thick - cool in the summer and warm inside in the winter. The buildings at Pagnana used for the B&B are about 400/500 years old!
