Dear Carolyn;
I stayed at the hotel le Sainte- Beave last year and can not say enough good things about it.It's considered a 3 star ;but it is nicer then many 4 stars I have stayed in and I've been to Paris many times. The location; ( in the 6th near the Luxumbourg gardens) staff and service are excellent.
I stayed in a deluxe double which was quite large.There are also junior suites and a 2 bedroom apt.
You can view it by logging onto parisby.com and punching 3 star hotels or by arrondissement

sorry
I misread your title, I didn't realize you were asking for a 4-star (though it says it in plaine English!)
The Palais Bourbon is not a four-star.
The Lutetia is, and has larger rooms, but it is pretty expensive

It's not a four stars either, but the Residence des Arts has likely larger rooms. Otherwise, the Victoria palace, although not ideally located ( It's in Montparnasse, as opposed to Residence that is in Saint Germain) might fit your bill, as far as prices and rooms' size are concerned

Some of the more reasonably priced 4-star Left Bank hotels I know of don't have triples that I'm aware (eg, le St-Gregoire), so I think these are among the best deals for what you've asked:
Relais St-Jacques, 5th
Hotel le Tourville, 7th (they have a suite that I think would work)
The Tourville is about 300 euro and the Relais St-Jacques only about 200 euro for a triple (they have discounted rates in July and Aug so might be a good choice).

The Victoria Palace might be an idea, I think they are in a lot of packages so you might get a deal.
