Suggestions for a Pocket Digital camera for Trip

Just wondering if anyone has experience using the Samsung - WB250F 14.2-Megapixel Digital Camera - on their vacation in Europe, and how its performance was? The cost is about $230, and wondering if there are any other recommendations for cameras that are comparable?

I bought a Panasonic Lumix ZS20 14.1 MP last year. Great camera. It has built-in GPS so there is a permanent record of the location where the photo was shot. For an introduction to digital cameras see http://tinyurl.com/3a2u7ln. BTW, the Samsung - WB250F is $159 at Amazon.

I have a Nikon Coolpix which I like. Bought it at the beginning of the year.

How slim do you want the camera? Credit card size or larger? I wanted something with more bulk so it wouldn't slip out of my hand.

That is also a great camera. I bought one for my daughter before her last trip to France and Italy.

My DH just bought a Panasonic Lumix - he feels he must have a camera he can carry in his pocket. It's early days yet, but so far he is happy with it.
