Suggestion for a Castle to stay in
 

Hello, I'm looking for a castle (real one not a hotel that looks like one) to stay in. Below, is a very tentative timeline. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks for the help
14th-15th Arrive at Shannon Airport, pick up car, drive the Ring of Beara and explore, stay the night in Adare

16h, 17th and 18th From Adare to Galway (stay here) Area
Explore Galway
Cliffs of Moher
Inishmore
The Burren Coast

18th-20th Galway area to Clifden (stay here) to Donegal (stay here)
Ireland’s Connemara region-Connemara National Park
Connemara National Park
Kylemore Benedictine Abbey (between Clifden and Louisburgh)
Get lost along the coast near Louisburgh
Get lost in Sligo County

21st-24th From Donegal drive to Dublin, cultural night (22nd)
Newgrange
Explore Dublin and nearby area

You don't say which month?
Beara is too far south and takes a day to explore so you will have to save that until next time?

West Clare with the Cliffs and Burren between Adare and galway

Inis Mor between Galway and Clifden or a day tour from Galway

3 days Galway to Sligo? 1st night Clifden 2nd Westport, 3rd Sligo

Donegal 21st to back in Dublin the 22nd

As to a castle type Castle depends on your actual dates for the place I have in mind.

Thanks for the feedback! I really appreciate it. I'm going in September. So September 14th I arrive and I leave on the 25th. The only thing set is stone is Dublin on the 22nd so going with your suggestions

It is just the turret but has great reviews. There is another but only has half bath so no shower.

Ross castle (Meath) has availability the 21st. No availability in Craughwell or Scarriff through September
