Suggest an itenerary for Croatia?

Jump to last reply

We are going to Croatia the 2nd week of February 2015. Have never been. I would love opinions, suggestions, thoughts on where to fly into and what to visit and for how long in these places. We think we'd like to see Dubrovnik, Plitvice, Split, Sibenik, Istria, Plesivica. (I read that these were great places to visit) We would rent a car. We plan on using AIRBNB throughout our trip. My husband and I are not big fans of moving from place to place to place. Is there a central place we could stay put for X amount of days while driving to these places? I have no idea how far apart cities and parks are from each other! Also, we must travel at this time because of our work situation. We figured the weather would be totally manageable, right?
