Suez Hotel Paris

Hello-
Has anyone stayed at the Suez Hotel, which is in the 5th arrond.? I will be in Paris on May 21, for 2 nights, and it appeared quite nice with $90 single, all taxes, on the website.

Sorry, I have not stayed at Hotel Suez. I believe it's on Blvd. St. Michel which is a very busy, noisy street. Usually a room that's in the back is quieter than one facing the street.

Airlawgirl, how was your stay at the Suez?

my wife and i with our two children (3 and 4) stayed there on september 2003 for one week. We thought the room was grate for the price and the location was perfect becuse of the shopping streets close by and the luxembourg garden where the children can play and more than one undergraound station close by. The only thing was that our room was facing the street and it was noisy with all the buses passing by. go for it.

Try the Hotel central Saint Germain in the same area than the Hotel de Suez, it is a very nice 3 star hotel but not too much expensive....Their decoration is really nice and romantic....
have a look on the website of the hotel: www.centralstgermain.com
Enjoy your stay in Paris!
