Stuttgart - Leasing a Car

We will be flying into Stuttgart and would like to lease a car. I have information for France, but not for Germany. Does anyone have a recommendation.
Thank you.

Lease a car or rent one? AFAIK, these lease and buy-back offers are only available from French car companies, not in Germany.

kemwel.com offers a lease pick up at Frankfurt airport.

Yes, while buy/buyback deal is only offered by two French manufacturers, you can pick up and drop off in many countries outside France, usually for extra charge. Frankfurt and Munich are those usually offered in Germany (never seen Stuttgart as an option). Go to Eurodrive (Renault) or Open Europe (Peugeot) sites for details. They are also offered through many agents/resellers like Kemwell, Auto Europe etc.
