Stupid question how to dial France from USA, please help
 

We were supposed to be leaving for Paris tonight out of Rockford to Detroit to Paris on NWA.Flight cancelled, i am trying to call Hotel Du Danube. The number is 33 0 1 42 60 3470, I am dialing it straight out like that and am not getting through. So please help me in my plight!

Dial the international access code 011, then country code for France 33, omit the first 0 from the rest of the phone number 1 42 60 34 70. So it should be 001 33 1 42 60 34 70. Hope it helps.
