to speak Dutch it seems you must practice first with a mouthful of marbles! (Kind of like Midlands England dialect!)

Hey! It's great you've decided to come study in Europe and you've narrowed it down to 3 great cities. I see you mentioned travel connectivity and nightlife as very important to you. To be honest, all 3 have a great nightlife and you can find various places from edm clubs to more chilled out bars. Travelling from all 3 cities is really convenient in Europe, so I wouldn't really say one of them has a great advantage in terms of that. I would recommend checking out comparison site like Teleport comparing two cities side by side: https://teleport.org/compare/amsterdam-and-berlin/ You can also compare cost of living, commute, leisure, culture, outdoors etc. I'm pretty sure you'll get a better idea, which of the cities are better for you. Hope it goes well for you!

The largest selection of "English only" programs is offered by Danish universities. Amsterdam universities will certainly offer more programs than those of Berlin (but less than you might expect; for the Uva look up http://www.uva.nl/en/education/bache...programmes/nav). The Free University, for example, has on your level (BA) very few English only programs:

For any other programs that contain courses in English you would have to pass the German language test:

So, I think, you should explore the opportunities in Copenhagen as well.
