Storing Luggage in Amsterdam for 2 days

We are taking a trip to Amsterdam. We plan on taking a 2 day trip to Paris and then returning back to Amsterdam. Will the hotel allow us to store our luggage there or is there somewhere else we can take it? Thanks in advance.

If you are returning to the same hotel, I'm sure they would be able to accommodate you.

I believe there may be lockers at the airport and the train station, but I think the hotel is the more secure and most convenient option.

I'd simply ask them when you make reservations.

I thought they would but wasn't 100% sure. That would really make things so much easier for us. Thanks for the response.

Hi cw, hotels in Italy have stored my luggage when I was going to stay with them later so think suze's thought is good..do ask your hotel. But if that is not possible per the Amsterdam Airport website one can store their luggage at the "Left luggage" in the basement between Terminals 1 and 2 up to one month. So either way you have somewhere to leave your luggage. See http://www.schiphol.com In the search box type in "stored luggage" for the infomation. Best regards.

Thanks for the suggestions. We plan on going from Amsterdam to Paris via train. We still haven't narrowed down the hotel we would like to stay at.

Are you returning to Amsterdam and staying an additional night before flying out?
