Storing luggage at Gatwick airport
Hello:
We will visiting London for three days, then traveling to Ireland for four days. We will then return to London to catch our flight from Gatwick back to the US.
We are concerned about luggage allowances, so we want to know if Gatwick aiport has a baggage storage area, so we can leave most of our luggage and pick it up when we return from Irleand? We couldn't find any info on the ariport website.
Thanks!

Yes - you can store it long enough (where did that 24 hours come from?)
Have used the facilities several times - well I haven't but my golfer traveling companions have. Left their clubs at LGW for a week (once for 2 weeks) while we stayed in London and then picked them up before flying up to Scotland.
But try to condense your stuff into the largest bag(s) you are taking because storing two small bags will be £11+ per day whereas one larger bag will only be £5.50.
