Me and my wife plan on having our honeymoon in Stockholm Sweden. she really wants the hotel room decorated in a romantic way. for example flower petals, candles and etc. So I was wondering are they any hotels in Stockholm that offer this service or are there companies locally I can hire to get it done. thank you

I often stayed at Berns, and their staff would be happy to do that for you, as a billing item and for a generous tip of course. So I guess it's figuring out where to book and then get in contact with their staff.

Any decent hotel would be able to arrange this. No need for generous tips in Sweden, it’s not a thing. The arrangements will be added to your bill. Plenty of hotels located by the waterfront for a romantic location. Or the Old Town.
