Staying a month in Andalusia in January

Jump to last reply

I'll have to spend one or two months, January and February, in Andalusia. Never been there and need an advice, which city/area to pick. I will be working, so interested in a city with a choice of restaurants and parks to spend the evenings without having to rent a car.
The obvious candidates are Seville, Cordoba and Granada. Malaga probably is out, I doubt the seacoast will be too pleasant. Right now I'm leaning toward Seville, but based on a recommendation of one friend, would appreciate other suggestions. Also, if Seville, what part of the city? I plan on going there in October and check some apartments, but no idea where to start.
Thanks in advance for all help.
