Sorry--my first post went to the wrong topic. We are flying in to Stansted and need to get to our hotel in Kensington Gardens. What transportation do we need to take from the airport?

I believe there is a bus service from Stansted that will bring you to Victoria, where its a short tube or cab ride to Kensington. Check out on Ryanair's website under Stansted to find details.

If you are by any chance staying at the Thistle Hotel, Kensington Gardens, this is actually located on Bayswater Road. The nearest tube station is Queensway - once you get to Liverpool Street station from Stansted you can use the Central line along to Queensway.

There are no hotels actually "in Kensington Gardens" since that is a big park.

"Near" Kensington Gdns could be north, south or west of the park. And each area could entail a different route. So exactly WHERE is your hotel?
