St. Remy or Las Baux - Base

should you decide on St Remy,
We stayed one year in town at the L'Atelier de L'Image. Sitting out back you'd think you were in the country with the Alpilles looking down at you. There's one room built into a tree. We plyed pool after dinner while Some Like it Hot, was playing on the huge scren behind us.

We had a drink in the garden of Hotel L'Image one evening and it was lovely. The website looks great and the prices aren't outrageous. We thought that if we ever went back to St. Remy, we might stay there.

Good info! We are staying 4 nights at Villa Nova in St. Remy in October

We arrive on a Sat & leave Wed morning, so are we going to miss the market day? And any suggestions for restaurants for dinner? Last Sept we had a wonderful time in Tuscany & I envision St Remy to be like Montelcino or Pienza. Is that a close comparsion? Thank you so much for the wonderful insights!
