Where is a good place in Split for under 100E per night?

Am torn between the Villa Ragusa and Benussi in Dubrovnik.

Please help if you have info.

Also, after reading lots of threads here, I want a room in Dubrovnik with a terrace and view. It seems to be far less expensive to get that there than in Split for some reason.

if you are going in august.. split seems to be sold out.
having trouble big time getting two nights there.
