Sperlonga and Gaeta
 

Hi, Need some help. What is the weather like in Sperlonga at the end of Oct.? Do most of the hotels close for the season? Hotels on or near the beach and Restaurant recommendations would be of help.Thanks Myra

End of October is not beach weather. Some hotels close down, others remain open year-round.

I do love Sperlonga--you will too. That is late in the season but try the Hotel Aurora with the best beach location and very near the walk up into town.

I second the Aurora. We stayed there and loved it. There was a wedding there during our stay so we sat in the garden and watched the whole thing (including the bride and groom going out to the water for photos.) Enjoy, CJ
