Special room at Hotel Bellettini??

Hello all,
I have heard many good things about the Hotel Bellettini in Firenze on this forum and as such, sent an email to them to reserve a double room for my honeymoon. Based upon the recommendations of rooms from others, i asked about the upper rooms, such as #44 or #45. A kind woman "Gina" responded back saying they had a "superior room" that has great views, etc.. for lit 270,000 and that this type of room is not listed in guide books, etc.. The regular rate for a double room is Lit 200,000.

Has anybody stayed in a "superior room" at the Hotel Bellettini or is this type of room not so?? I'm trying to give Gina a benefit of the doubt in not trying to "oversell me" here, but thought it best to inquire with others here just to make sure. Any responses would be greatly appreciated.

And if I may, any comments for my other hotel choices for my honeymoon would be appreciated as well. Thank you and happy New Year to everybody! - Mark
