Spanish train reservations

I would like to know how to reserve individual trains and pay any needed supplements for Spanish trains if I am a holder of Eurail Select Saverpass? Also, does the Eurail pass cover the AVE and Talgo and Hotel Trains?

<<if I am a holder>>

does this mean that you have not bought this pass yet? if you haven't, it might be worthwhile to analyze your itinerary on www.railsaver.com to see if you even save anything with a pass. it seems to be a rare occurrence, and may be a sign that you are traveling around too much!

Best wishes,

Rex
As Rex said,

You might want to look into if the Eurail Select Saver is your best option, unless you are travelling to numerous countires it normally isn't. Eurail/Europass/Multi Country passes are normally 1st class passes, which allow for first class accomodations, in the 1st class coach of any premier train (talgo et al). What you will get is most likely breakfast, access to the 1st class lounge, and a 4 in one berth.

To book individual ticket supplement and or point to point tix,..you can do so at www.raileurope.com or www.der.com It will give you a price, assuming you have the pass.

later,
