Spanish - English voice translator for Android

Does anyone know of voice translation software that can be downloaded on to an Android phone? I was volunteering during the Joplin tornado and was working with a woman from China. She was able to speak into her phone and come up with a printed English translation. I haven't been able to find anything on the internet similar to this for Spanish/English. Has anyone used something like this?

Google translate. I've used it for spoken Spanish to English a few times, and it worked fine for brief phrases. I don't know which variety of "Chinese" it uses, but there's only one "Chinese" listed. It is free, so give it a try.

Thanks! I just downloaded it and will give it a try. S

Oops, now I realize you weren't asking about Chinese.
I have said to Google Translate (get the app from Google Play) "where is the train station?" in English and heard it spoken in Norwegian, Afrikaans, and Turkish just for fun.

If any of the voice translators are as bad as the Google or Bing text translators, don´t even bother downloading them.

I think the voice thing is pretty good when you use it only for a single phrase or simple sentence, as a tourist would. The more complicated the phrase or thought, the greater the likelihood for bad results, which happens frequently with the text translators.

I tried it on nephew's Iphone, it did extremely well on English to German, and English to French, and English to Spanish.

And vice versa, with my pigeon German, pigeon Spanish, and pigeon French.

Maybe I have a speech impediment that Google Translate handles, but not so on 'normal' speech.

I'm going to play with the Google translate before I leave and hope that it can pick up my speech. Thanks for the input.

Thanks to all of you I read this question and successfully downloaded it to my phone. We will be in 5 countries throughout September and now I will be able to communicate in their language when necessary, WAY COOL! I'm sure I'll screw up pronunciations but they should be able to figure it out. Great question, learning responses, Thanks :)
