Spain vs France vs Greece
I'm going for a Europe tour. I have add-on options of Spain( Madrid,Valencia,Barcelona),
France(Cannes,Nice,Monaco,Monte Carlo) and Greece(Mykonos,Patmos,Santorini).
I am too confused what to do??? Please suggest me the best one.

What are your interests?
The places in each country are very different from one another. You should read about the alternatives for what you might or might not like.
In Greece you are visiting islands
In France, you are visiting some of the more glitzy places
In Spain, it is more varied in major cities.

The best one for you is the one that most interests you. What attracts you to those possibilities? If you do not know about them, you need to read about each and look at some photos.
Also, when are you going? How much time do you have? How will you be getting to the different locations? Would you rent a car in France or Spain? Bus? Train? In Greece - Ferry? Fly?
Personally, Monaco, Monte Carlo and Cannes are not my cup of tea (I like other places like Avignon area, but depends on your transportation), and I would choose Granada, Seville or Cordoba over Valencia. The Greek Islands would depend on when and how much time.

It depends on the distance and the price. Can't you decide where you want to go? Given that list, I would rule out France because those cities don't have that much appeal for me, except for Nice. But doesn't look like a good itinerary.
Both the others look good to me, but it would depend on the price and time. You should know if you like islands or not.

If you're talking about seeing the Greek islands in July or August, I wouldn't. Mykonos and Santorini are terribly touristy at best and will be incredibly touristy and crowded in the height of summer.
The least touristy itinerary among your options is Spain. That doesn't, however, mean you should go if one of the other choices appeals to you more.
In the end, this is really your decision, based on what most interests you. No one knows that better than you.

Thank you all for ur valuable posts....My personal favorite is
Greece..But on the other hand I was thinking that I shouldn't merge Greece with Europe tour....Bcoz I would like to visit it separately....
The places I've mentioned earlier is given by our tour operator,
so like it or not,I have only these options....
Now tell me guys what to do????

No offense Patrika, but besides the fact you wish to visit Greece in the future you have offered little to help YOU make a decision such as interests, time, money, expectations. Take a few minutes and do some cursory googling on the places.

Patrika,
I urge you to very carefully read the itinerary for that tour. You will spend at least half your time on a bus and have little time to go inside to actually see places. Most places you are there for only one night and in some you stay outside of town or in a different town so you would not be able to explore much on your own. I think it goes to about (7) countries in 14 days, a nearly impossible pace. Look at some of the reviews. Even on trip advisor, reviews of that particular tour are not great.
The tour is really insane. You will spend tons of money and see little. The tour skips right over taking you to really fabulous things, but takes you to a crystal factory. That is mostly for you to buy stuff and spend money, not to show you Europe.
Seriously, look at something that visits not more than four major cities, area or countries in the four weeks. If it goes to two or three places in the same country, then cut back on different countries. Examples: Rome, Pisa, Florence, Venice need a week, so then there would be time for only two other places.
If you feel you must take a tour, and still want a fast pace, pick one that does perhaps
(London, Paris and Italy) or
(Paris, Switzerland and Italy) or
(Germany, Switzerland and Italy)
Do you want to see a few really great things Europe or take a very long bus ride? That is the choice.
