Are you American? You don't need one if so.

Don't believe you need a visa to visit Spain if you are American. Or have they changed the laws?

Well, I am only a permanent resident. Not a US citizen. Need a tourist visa for this :(

<BR>You need to order it from the Spanish Consulate in New York or Chicago, whichever is nearest your area. I assume there´s another one in the East Coast, if you live there.<BR><BR>You will have to turn in the paperwork in person, probably, at least my husband had to -but then again, he was asking for a family visa-.
